The year 2023 has been declared as International year of millets and since pulses and millets are the main crops of small farmers in India, it will be quite appropriate to hold this Congress in India. The IUPAC Congress will be organized by Congress - specific organizing and scientific program committees while planning and conducting scientific programmes. The IUPAC Congress will be organized to occur in a single place in the New Delhi area. The IUPAC Congress will maintain its own website for publicizing the meeting and attracting participation.
